Just last week, we heard B.o.B's Andre 3000-assisted cut "Play the Guitar", the latest single from the rapper's forthcoming album Strange Clouds. Now, B.o.B has given us a date to mark on our calendars for the new LP: March 13.
Earlier today (January 2), he tweeted "#StrangeClouds Droppin' March 13th!!!!!!!!!" He also posted a series of videos from the past few years showing him gradually improving at guitar, and concluded by writing "It's 2012 now, 3 stripes, 6strings #StrangeClouds." In other words, we can probably expect to hear more licks like the ones on "Play the Guitar."
The album will also include the Lil Wayne-featuring title track. You can see the video for that song below and the single artwork above. Other reported guests include Big K.R.I.T., Nelly, T.I. and OneRepublic.
Strange Clouds will drop via Grand Hustle Records/Rebel Rock Entertainment/Atlantic Records.
You may remember that B.o.B also has a collaborative album with T.I. in the works.
