Back in July, Amaal gave us a first taste of new EP Milly with "Honey," and ahead of the effort's arrival next month, the artist has now treated single "Heaven" to a music video.
Directed by David Camarena, the clip opens with Amaal gazing into a glowing orb that suddenly transports artist and viewer to a desert plain, where the open sky comes to life as she calls to "open up the gates."
Last week, "Heaven" landed on The Eh! List, Exclaim!'s roundup of the best new Canadian music, updated weekly on Spotify.
Milly arrives October 28 through Warner Music Canada and, as previously reported, follows Amaal's 2019 EP Black Dove.
