Absolutely Free Give Us "Geneva Freeport"

It stands as the title track to the Toronto band's new EP

Absolutely Free are back with another taste of their upcoming Geneva Freeport EP, and this time the Toronto trio have given us the title track.

Speaking of the "Geneva Freeport," Absolutely Free had this to say:

Through fantasy and the starkest of realities, this song brings to question the process in which economic value is prescribed to cultural artifacts, how that value is exploited through storing them in high security storage facilities (like the Geneva Freeport) to avoid paying taxes, and how it all seems so antithetical to why most artists create their work in the first place.

"Geneva Freeport" follows the previously shared EP track "Currency," which featured  U.S. Girls' Meg Remy. Listen to the newly shared track below, where you'll also find Absolutely Free's upcoming tour dates.

The Geneva Freeport EP is set for release June 20 through Idée Fixe. You can pre-order it here.
