Toronto music non-profit Wavelength Music has announced the lineup of its Summer Thing event, happening as part of SummerSeries from August 18 to 20 at Ontario Place's Trillium Park on the East Island.

The all-ages/licensed outdoor concert series will feature Gustaf, Lex Leosis, Status/Non-Status, Sebastian Gaskin, Kat Duma, Exclaim! Class of 2023 grads Crasher, Love Language, Sunnsetter, and Lee Paradise, as well as TLO and Exclaim! New Fave alum Estyr.

Daniel Monkman of Zoon and OMBIIGIZI, who was announced as the organization's Artistic Associate last fall, shared of the lineup they curated in a statement:

Arriving in Toronto for my first time ever, I remember seeing the wall of condos along the waterfront. It really freaked me out and gave an ominous feeling. Then an opening broke in the wall, and I was finally able to see the lake. I wanted so badly to go and play music there. When Ontario Place invited Wavelength to partner on the SummerSeries in Trillium Park, I got really excited. I chose artists from all types of genres to fill the space so that they all too could experience seeing the lake. The bonus is that for the Wavelength Summer Thing, we're able to bring the public as well.

Wavelength's Summer Thing is free to attend. For more details, head to Wavelength Music's website.
