The JUNO Awards Get Cadence Weapon, Sloan, Cancer Bats for JUNOfest

Skratch Bastid, Rich Aucoin, MAUVEY, Aysanabee, Katie Tupper and more will also perform in Edmonton for the JUNO Week event

The JUNO Awards' 2023 JUNO Week programming has been unveiled, including the lineup for this year's iteration of fan-favourite JUNOfest, presented by CBC Music. Cadence Weapon, Sloan, Cancer Bats, Skratch Bastid and Rich Aucoin are among the 50-plus artists set to take over bustling pubs and intimate stages across Edmonton from March 10 to 12.

Happening from 6 p.m. to midnight each evening, talent of all genres — and many JUNO nominees — will be showcased at local venues Union Hall, Starlite Room, River City Revival House, Temple Ballroom, Midway Music Hall, the Buckingham, 99ten, the Common, the Chvrch of John, SOHO, Evolution Wonderlounge, Gateway Theatre/Block 1912, Rocky Mountain Icehouse and the Aviary.

The Electronic Music Showcase at Evolution Wonderlounge on March 12 — presented by Exclaim! — features can't-miss sets from Aucoin, Mecha Maiko, MAUVEY and Teen Daze.

Throughout JUNOfest, fans can also catch performances from Altameda, Amanda Rheaume, Aysanabee, the Bros. Landreth, Chad Price, D'orjay, Diggin' Roots, the East Pointers, Evan Redsky, FKB, Fortunate Ones, Francois Klark, hearteyes, HNTR, K-Riz, Kaeley Jade, Katie Tupper, King of Foxes, Martin Kerr, Miesha & the Spanks, Odonis Odonis, SEELO, Shaela Miller, Sydney BluTrench, Verttigo, the Washboard Union and more.

Tickets for the individual shows are on sale now.

Additional JUNO Week events, like the beloved Songwriters' Circle, Comedy Show, Junior JUNOS, JUNO Cup, JUNO Fan Fare and Stories from the Studio will keep the festivities going ahead of the 52nd edition of the biggest night in Canadian music on March 13 — hosted by Simu Liu, with televised performances from Nickelback, Tate McRae, Alexisonfire, Jessie Reyez and more.
