Dropkick Murphys are returning with their first new album in four years. The record from the Boston punk heroes is called Turn Up That Dial, and it's set to arrive on April 30 via the band's own Born & Bred Records.

This marks the first Dropkick Murphys album since 2017's Short Stories of Pain & Glory, and the band's 10th studio album overall. For a taste, you can check out the upcoming album's newly shared track "Middle Finger."

"We just hope [the album] takes people's minds off their troubles," said co-vocalist Ken Casey in a statement. "We're so fortunate and grateful to be in the position to share a little happiness in our own way. Our gratitude levels are off the chart."

Believe it or not, this year marks the band's 25th anniversary, as Dropkick Murphys formed back in 1996.

"Twenty-five years ago, somebody bet me 30 bucks I couldn't form a band with three weeks' notice to open for his band," Casey said. "As kids, we'd never been out of New England and here we are — we've made ten records and have been all over the globe. If there's a message to this album, it's 'put your fist up and play it loud.'"

Down below, you can listen to "Middle Finger," where you'll also find the album's tracklist.
