Moody production wiz Shlohmo is taking the title of his upcoming Dark Red to heart in the video for previously premiered single "Buried," presenting bloody scenes throughout the twilight-covered clip.
Scored by the single's smooth beats and sorrowful slide guitar, the video concerns themes of life and death. In it, a woman wanders around the city at night, heading from a motel out to various street scenes. Without detailing too much of the darkened clip, scenes of violence are juxtaposed against quick flashes of fertile flowers and the start of a life cycle.
You'll find the video down below.
As previously reported, Dark Red drops April 7 through True Panther Sounds/Wedidit imprint. An upcoming North American tour will have Shlohmo rolling through Montreal and Toronto in April.
