Sabrina Carpenter has confirmed that "Espresso" girl summer is actually happening, as she's just announced her new album Short n' Sweet will arrive August 23 via Island Records.
Not much has been revealed about Short n' Sweet besides its cover art and release date, but Carpenter has teased that she has a "surprise" coming on Thursday night (June 6). Pre-orders can be made on her website.
The singer's sixth record comes after she sort of, kind of made her "Nonsense" outro more PG for BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, and an explosive SNL performance earlier this month.
