Porches has shared a new song called "Back3School" and announced an upcoming international tour, kicking off in Montreal and including Toronto and Vancouver performances.
About the new song, Porches frontman Aaron Maine said in a statement: "This song is a mystery to me, impending doom mixed with total bliss. The 'back to school' trope, but with an underlying anxiety that something might be terribly wrong, or maybe everything is just fine."
"Back3School" follows previously released singles "Lately," "Okay," and "I Miss That."
Tickets for the upcoming tour go on sale alongside the release of Porches' fifth album All Day Gentle Hold ! this Friday (October 8).
