Months after frontman Fred Durst debuted his new look, Limp Bizkit have released the titular track to capture its essence: "Dad Vibes."
The band premiered the song live at Lollapalooza this summer — after which their sales nearly doubled — and had planned to take it to more audiences before realizing their "Post Pandemic Popup Party" tour was perhaps a little premature and cancelled the remaining dates.
Though they clarified via Instagram that they'd be rollin' out new material in "rapid succession" ahead of releasing a follow-up album to 2011's Gold Cobra, there's been a silent shortage of vibes from these dads for about a month. But now, Limp Bizkit are finally giving the people what they want.
With a humble opening like "Check out your dad with the swag on the floor / Momma gonna brag when I walk in the door," the tone is immediately set for the two-minute track to have more bounce than a dad bod.

Puddle of Mudd's Wes Scantlin recently revealed that he wants to make a movie about his life with Durst.
