It's going to be a particularly slaytanic summer, metal fans, as Big Four thrash lords Slayer have been confirmed as the headliners to this year's Rockstar Mayhem Festival. Even if you catch the travelling festival on a sunny day, the group will ensure that it'll be, well, "Raining Blood" by the end of the night.
The metal fest returns to venues across North America this summer, with dates running between the end of June to early August. One Canadian tour date has been announced, with all the mayhem heading to Toronto's Molson Canadian Amphitheatre on July 15.
During the tour, Slayer will be sharing time on the main stage with King Diamond, HELLYEAH and the Devil Wears Prada. The Victory Records stage, meanwhile, will feature a mix of veteran and fledgling bangers that includes Code Orange, Whitechapel, Thy Art Is Murder, Jungle Rot, Sister Sin, Sworn In, Shattered Sun, Feed Her to the Sharks, and Kissing Candice.
