Mariposa Folk Festival Announces 2019 Lineup with Tom Cochrane, Stars, Hawksley Workman

Jennifer Castle, Jason Isbell, Fred Penner and more will also play the Orillia festival

Once again, the Mariposa Folk Festival is returning to Orillia, and organizers have now pulled back the curtain on the 2019 lineup.

The festival takes place on July 5 to 7 at Tudhope Park in Orillia, ON, and headlining the festival this year are Tom Cochrane with Red Rider and Stars.

Not far behind are festival acts such as Hawksley Workman, First Aid Kit, Jennifer Castle, Jason Isbell, Fred Penner, Jeremy Fisher, Jim Bryson, Ralph and Martin Sexton.

Not stopping there, Mariposa 2019 also will include A Leverage for Mountains, Sharon and Bram, Terra Lightfoot, the Burning Hell, Los Pachamama & Flor Amargo, Birds of Chicago, Digging Roots, Dave Gunning, Tony McManus & Julia Toaspern, Union Duke and more.

UPDATE (6/17, 12:15 EDT): Half Moon Run will also be playing the event on the opening Friday night. However, First Aid Kit will no longer be playing the event.
