Following some uncertainty, Mac Miller's cause of death has now been revealed.

The L.A. County Coroner's Office has released its official toxicology report, ruling the rapper died from "mixed drug toxicity," specifically a lethal mix of fentanyl, coke and alcohol, TMZ reports.

Furthermore, the coroner's office has categorized Miller's death as an accidental overdose.

As previously reported, Miller was found unresponsive on September 7 in his home in the San Fernando Valley, CA. While early reports suggested that Miller died of an apparent overdose, those suspicions were only confirmed today.

Last week, many of Miller's friends and peers came together to celebrate his life at a tribute concert in Los Angeles. Miller was 26.
