With his Vinyl Days — and his recording deal with Def Jam, by extension — in the rearview mirror, Logic has announced his eighth studio LP will also mark his debut as an independent artist.

The extremely unretired artist will share new album College Park on February 24, with distribution handled by BMG.

For Logic, College Park is said to simultaneously celebrate his journey so far, and a new beginning. Its title is a nod to the Maryland locale where he spent a year sleeping, writing and recording on a couch in friend Big Lenbo's basement — a come-up he previously chronicled in Netflix's Rapture series.

The album is said to find the artist weaving "an autobiographical tale" throughout, taking listeners through a day of his life in 2011 that culminates in his first-ever live performance in Washington D.C.

Press material also points to a roster of collaborators including RZA, Redman, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, Statik Selektah, Joey Bada$$, Norah Jones, Bun B, Lil Keke and more.

An album trailer arrives alongside Lucy Rose-assisted first single "Wake Up," and you can take in both below ahead of more College Park details arriving.
