Liz Phair has announced that her next album will be titled Soberish, and it's tentatively slated for release this summer.

No further details have been revealed about the upcoming album, but when the record arrives, it will mark the singer-songwriter's first album since 2010's Funstyle.

In honour of the forthcoming album, Phair has announced a string of U.S. tour dates that will take place prior to her spot on Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill anniversary tour.

Phair teased the new material last year, releasing a single called "Good Side."

In 2017, it was reported that Phair was working on new material with Ryan Adams, but the collaboration was scrapped. She told Vulture recently that she "wasn't willing to go along with his process." Adams was accused of emotional abuse and inappropriate conduct last year.

Phair also released a memoir titled Horror Stories last year.
