Lake Street Dive have announced that they'll share their sixth studio LP Good Together on June 21 via Fantasy Records.
The project, undoubtedly jam-packed with funky, vibey bops will arrive just in time for summer. Shortly after its release, the Boston-based quintet will bring it on a sprawling tour that includes stops in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver.
According to a press release, Good Together marks the first time all five Lake Street Dive members have written together from the outset of a song's creation.
"At first, it was terrifying to write together in the same room," said vocalist Rachael Price. "But as soon as we got started it felt so fun. We very quickly realized, 'Oh, we need to do this again and again.'"
To punctuate the announcement today, the group has shared the title track along with an accompanying music video directed by Phineas Alexander.
