Jordan Klassen Takes 'Repentance' Out for More Canadian Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Mar 28, 2014

Folk-minded Vancouver indie artist Jordan Klassen has been promoting his Repentance like crazy since issuing the LP last fall, and he has announced yet another batch of tour dates helping him bring the song cycle across Canada.

Coming off a handful of performances at SXSW earlier this month, Klassen's next trip basically sticks to Canadian venues. He'll be heading eastward, kicking off the trip in Surrey, BC, on April 26 before darting off through the Prairies, dipping into the U.S. for a show in Chicago, and wrapping things up with a pair of Toronto dates as part of Canadian Music Week.

You'll find all of the tour details down below.

As previously reported, Repentance is Klassen's first full-length for Nevado Records and was described by Exclaim! as being "packed with quiet folk ballads that swell to grandly ornate climaxes." You can check out the previously delivered video for the album's "The Horses Are Stuck" down beneath the tour info.
