jev. has revealed that his sophomore album, When Angels Cry, will arrive on June 14.
The Toronto-based hip-hop renaissance man burst onto the scene at the end of 2022 with his debut, The Color Grey, and hasn't slowed down since, with latest project LONERWRLD, vol. 1 ranking among Exclaim!'s top 15 EPs of 2023. He was also named one of the year's most under-appreciated Canadian artists.
Since then, he's teased When Angels Cry with singles "Famous" and "The Samurai's Monologue" prior to today's announcement.
