Greta Kline's Frankie Cosmos project has produced an impressive stockpile of online releases over the last few years, but really began to break through with the full band debut Zentropy last year. Frankie Cosmos is set to return with a new EP titled Fit Me In next month, and they've just unveiled a new track called "Young."
UPDATE (11/04, 4:45 p.m.): You can now stream the entire EP below.
The track is a reaction to Kline's experience grappling with a rising level of success. Still just 21, the last album found the singer dealing with newfound attention and criticism — and the public's discovery that her parents are Hollywood elite, Phoebe Cates and Kevin Kline.
Listen to her fight back against the focus on her age and upbringing in the soft, sweet, synth-infused "Young" below [via Interview Magazine].
Fit Me In will be out on November 13 through Bayonet Records.
