Their sixth studio album follows 2020's 'The Universal Want'

Manchester trio Doves have returned today with their first new music in over four years: "Renegade," the lead single from their forthcoming sixth studio album.

Constellations for the Lonely is fittingly due for release on February 14 via EMI North, following 2020's The Universal Want.

Of the stormy lead single, drummer, vocalist and co-songwriter Andy Williams said, "Looking at everyone's lives over recent years, and considering the news at the moment, 'Renegade' feels a lot more loaded in retrospect. We wanted to go for a dystopian feel, thinking about Manchester itself over the next century or so. A totally imaginary thing… 'Blade Runner' set in our home city."

Also the album's opening track and the first song written for the collection, "Renegade" arrives alongside a visual directed by Hingston Studio. Find that below, as well as the album tracklist details.
