Coliseum Join Old Man Gloom on West Coast Tour

Upping the sheer brutality of metal supergroup Old Man Gloom's upcoming West Coast tour will be impactful Kentucky earth-shakers Coliseum, who have been added to the trip.

The Louisville trio will appear on all six shows of Old Man Gloom's previously revealed tour, which starts up in Vancouver at the Electric Owl on February 26. In addition to the tag-team dates, Coliseum have a handful of U.S. festival and club appearances on the docket. You'll find all of their upcoming dates down below.

The group also revealed that they've put the finishing touches on their fifth full-length album. Little has been revealed about the project, but it was recorded with producer J. Robbins (Burning Airlines, Jawbox), who had also worked with the group on their 2013 LP, Sister Faith. Info on the new album is forthcoming.

It may be worth noting that Baptists will also be playing the Vancouver concert, leaving the possibility of an additional performance that night from drummer Nick Yacyshyn and Old Man Gloom member Aaron Turner's Sumac project just dangling in the air. The pair's debut release, The Deal, arrives February 3 through Profound Lore/SIGE Records.
