Burning Love

Toronto, ON March 11

There are bands that struggle to get their shit together, and then there are those that emote so much natural capability you want to hate them if you weren't so infatuated with their smooth confidence and stellar tunes. Such is the case with Toronto's own aggressive quintet Burning Love. From their solid, relentless beats and smashing riffs to a front-man who rides the line between captivating visual spectacle, aural assaulter and amusing anecdotalist, they instantly won over the ample crowd via sincerity and obvious adoration of their craft. That said, the guitarists flanking said vocalist and engaging bassist would do well to let their inner-rager run free and not seem so rooted to their square footage. If such was the case, an ocular onslaught of epic proportions would ensue, rendering Burning Love virtually unstoppable.
