This summer Smashing Pumpkins leader Billy Corgan was named president of Impact Ventures, the company responsible for TNA Wrestling and Impact Wrestling. However, that upward move in the wrestling world has just took a very ugly turn, as Corgan is now suing the wrestling company and filing for a restraining order against TNA owner Dixie Carter.
As TMZ reports, Corgan filed the lawsuit against Carter in Nashville, with the suit also naming Carter's husband Serg Salias, TNA Wrestling and Impact Ventures all as defendants.
Corgan also filed that restraining order against Carter, which was granted by the court. However, at this point no other details about the case have been made public.
