Aborted

The problem with death metal bands releasing DVDs is they’re usually boring as hell to watch. Let it be known I love Aborted, big time, but sitting through this DVD was a chore. The 13-song live set is pro filmed and sounds good, with the band doing tons of funny windmill headbangs, but is still kind of dull. The video clips are slightly more entertaining. Bonus footage? There are several more live songs, a "documentary” and I don’t know… man, who has the time? Diehards will enjoy. But then again, I’m almost an Aborted die-hard and the thought of watching this again bores me to tears. Not really the band’s fault, just the medium at hand.
