Wonder Woman 1984, the sequel to Wonder Woman, was first announced to be released in the summer, but its release date has been moved over and over again due to the coronavirus. Today, it has been delayed from October 2 until Christmas.

The film, which was once again directed by Patty Jenkins and stars Gal Gadot, will now open
on December 25 as the American box office struggles to reopen.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the move won't affect Dune's December 18 release date. The move was most likely to help Tenet's box office returns as the film slowly opens across America.
