Re-emerging star Megan Fox and notable guy Machine Gun Kelly continue to enchant/exhaust in their crusade to become America's new royal couple with their weirdly endearing 2010s Tumblr stoner-goth love story.

And, as you and everyone else with an internet connection have seen, the lovestruck couple recently did an interview with Molly Lambert for GQ, where they talked about their courtship, explained their non-kiss first kiss, and gave us the gift that is "I am weed." 

Fox's now-famous anecdote goes thusly, in case you've been living under a rock/are happy and well-adjusted:

"I just remember this tall, blond, ghostly creature and I looked up and I was like, 'You smell like weed.' He looked down at me and he was like, 'I am weed.' Then, I swear to God, he disappeared like a ninja in a smoke bomb."

Love is alive and it will never die! 

The phrase "I am weed" immediately took its rightful place as an indelible piece of our modern lexicon, and the story was memed to the nth degree within hours.
