Following his tripped-out cop comedy Inherent Vice and subsequent music videos for the likes of Radiohead, director Paul Thomas Anderson is as busy as ever these days. Rather than slow down, however, the auteur is in talks to reteam with his There Will Be Blood collaborator Daniel Day-Lewis.

According to Variety, Anderson is in talks with Day-Lewis in the hopes that he can recruit him for his next project. While the film doesn't have a title just yet, it will be set in the fashion world of 1950s New York.

The film is being produced by Annapurna Pictures, and in addition to landing Day-Lewis the filmmakers are also seeking actresses of Eastern European descent.

Stay tuned for more information on this exciting collaboration as it becomes available.
