Ariana Grande guest-starred alongside her hero Jim Carrey on an episode of Kidding that aired last night (February 23).
Grande played the role of Piccola Grande, the Pickle Fairy of Hope, singing a couple of songs with Carrey and co-star Catherine Keener.
Carrey plays a children's show host on Kidding, and Grande's appearance served as a full episode of the fictional show Mr. Pickles' Puppet Time.
In an Instagram post, Grande wrote: "I've been staring at my screen and no words do this moment justice. Thankful for the most special experience of my life. Nothing is crazier than getting to work with and spend time with someone whom you've idolized and adored since before you could speak."
Grande has made her adoration of Carrey known in the past, recently getting a quote from The Truman Show tattooed on her.
The actor/comedian also shared advice about depression with the pop star in a moving Twitter moment last year.
The Grande-featuring episode was directed by Carrey's Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind collaborator Michel Gondry.
