Just for Laughs is set to celebrate 35 years of its Montreal festival this year, and to mark the occasion, organizers have revealed the star-studded lineup for its 2017 event.
Running from July 12 to 31, the festival bill is topped by the co-headlining tandem of Jerry Seinfeld & Gad Elmaleh, who will perform an exclusive event to celebrate the festival's anniversary. The performance marks Seinfeld's return to Montreal and Just for Laughs after first performing at the fest in 1989, while Elmaleh was a part of last year's lineup.
Additional comedians set to descend upon Montreal include Kevin Hart, Trevor Noah, Judd Apatow, Ali Wong, Laverne Cox, John Mulaney, Sugar Sammy, Rick Mercer, David Spade, Howie Mandel, Danny McBride and the cast of his HBO show Vice Principals, Chris D'Elia and more.
Further additions to the lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday (May 5) at 10 a.m. local time, while a pre-sale will take place on May 3 at noon. Further ticketing details are available on the festival's official website.
