It's been two decades since Wavelength began shedding light on emerging music in Toronto, and the organization celebrated their 20th anniversary by bringing together the city's musical past, present and future for the 2020 edition of the Wavelength Winter Festival.
Keeping with the theme, the festival featured 20 acts in five shows over four days (February 13 to 16). Performers represented several eras of Toronto music, with lifers like the Hidden Cameras, LAL (celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album Corners by playing it in full) and Owen Pallett (performing with old band les Mouches) mixing it up with new and emerging acts like Haviah Mighty, MIMICO and TRP.P.
