Winnipeg's Tired Cossack has shared the nervy, psychedelic video for I Know, I Guess track "Dingo Starr."
The Argento-esque video stars Tired Cossack band member Jodi Plenert (of the now-defunct Yes We Mystic) in a state of paranoid fear, being watched (or is she?) by a figure — played by the Tired Cossack himself, Stephen Levko — whose motives are unknown.
"The video was a way to play with themes of apprehension and a sense of being watched," Levko said in a statement about the video. "The song and video combine to portray a reflection on the nightmarish webs and haunting narratives we can create in our own mind when sat still for too long. Or maybe that's just me."
Tired Cossack released I Know, I Guess in October of this year. It's the follow-up to his 2021 debut Hocus Pocus.
