Riding the waves of their 2020 studio release The Slow Rush, Tame Impala have shared a new music video for "Is It True."
Putting mastermind Kevin Parker at the forefront of the clip, the video is a retro-psychedelic romp through '80s VHS aesthetics — similar to the band's "vibe-heavy" live set visuals. With Parker appearing in isolation, it's an elevated take on the traditional lyric video form.
The latest visual release from the band follows videos for "Lost in Yesterday" and a recent taping of an acoustic quarantine performance of album cut "On Track."
The Slow Rush was released back in February. It was their first studio record since 2015's Currents.
