Soul Glo and Zulu — two of contemporary hardcore's most exciting disruptive forces — have announced that they're coming together for a co-headlining tour of North America for this fall. The run includes a single solitary Canadian date in Toronto.
With special guests Playytime, Soul Glo and Zulu hit the road starting September 7 in Denver, from which they'll weave their way across the US. It's not until the tour's penultimate show that they'll cross the border to play Toronto's Velvet Underground on October 5 ahead of wrapping up the stint in Detroit on October 6.
"The friendship between Zulu and Soul Glo wasn't instantaneous, but we were excited to meet when we came into each other's picture. It's kinda like the Ninja Turtles and the Power Rangers meeting," Soul Glo vocalist Pierce Jordan said in a press release. "Early on, we talked about doing a (nearly) all-Black hardcore tour, so it's exciting to see it come to fruition. We've also known Playytime for quite a long time, so it's a really good mixture of friends from different regions of the country hanging out together."
Tickets go on sale this Friday (July 14) at 10 a.m. ET after a presale tomorrow (July 12). Check out the entire itinerary below.
