In retrospect, Sam Hunt was really one of the foremost innovators who brought bro-country into the mainstream. So you can thank him for that, and for the fact that he's taking his forthcoming new EP, Locked Up, on tour, which includes a handful of Canadian stops this fall.
Yes, the government restrictions have been lifted and Hunt will return to Canada to perform in seven cities come September. The dates occur at the tail-end of his summer tour through the US, which kicks off on June 28 in Bend, OR.
Joined by Dalton Dover, the country star will perform at Vancouver's Rogers Arena on September 18 ahead of two Alberta shows in Calgary (September 20) and Edmonton (September 21). From there, Hunt will make single stops in Saskatchewan (Saskatoon on September 23) and Manitoba (Winnipeg on September 24) ahead of capping things off in Ontario with concerts in Ottawa (September 27) and London (September 28).
