Pitbull

"Bad Man" (ft. Travis Barker, Joe Perry and Robin Thicke)

Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper's Hollywood Vampires weren't the only godawful supergroup to perform at the Grammys last night. Hell, they weren't even the only godawful supergroup to feature Joe Perry. Aerosmith's axe man also lent his fancy fretwork to a bizarre Pitbull performance alongside Blink-182's Travis Barker and a vaguely familiar singer named Robin Thicke.

Unfortunately, their unholy alliance can not be forgotten as quickly as we'd like, because Pitbull and his strange collection of collaborators have now unearthed their song as a single.

The track is called "Bad Man," and man is it ever bad. Thanks to Barker's tom work and Perry's incessant noodling, the song opens like a modern update of "I Want Candy," but there's nothing sweet or desirable here.

Instead, this is a by-the-books pop song with some incredibly Pitbull raps about "tig ol' bitties." Then Robin Thicke sings, "I'm a bad man in an evil world."

What an evil world, indeed.
