Peter Hook to Play Joy Division on North American Tour

The 2022 outing will make stops in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver

Peter Hook and the Light have announced Joy Division: A Celebration, a 2022 North American tour that'll see them making stops in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. 

Throughout August and September 2022, the band will be performing Joy Division's seminal records Unknown Pleasures and Closer in their entirety, plus some Joy Division rarities and an opening set of New Order material. Last year marked the 40th anniversary of Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis' death. 

Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday, October 22. Check out the dates below.

Peter Hook most recently appeared on Gorillaz's Song Machine project, playing bass on the single "Aries."
