As the Pack A.D. prepare to hit the road with Tokyo Police Club and Said the Whale, the Vancouver garage duo have shared a new single called "Cellophane."
The song is classic Pack, in that it features a brash two-piece stomp of crunchy, distorted guitars and muscular drums. The chorus takes things in a slightly different direction, as frontman Becky Black adopts a softer-than-usual vocal delivery, and her lines are punctuated with arena-punk-style shouts of "hey!" There's also a psych-tinged guitar break towards the end.
