Nova Scotia's Deep Roots Music Festival Gets Jim Cuddy, Jenn Grant, Kaia Kater for 2023 Edition

Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley music festival, Deep Roots, has announced the details of its 2023 festival, taking place September 22 to 24 in Wolfville.

The 17th annual Deep Roots Music Festival will see performances from David Myles Trio, Kaia Kater, David Celia & Zuffalo, Freya Milliken, Jim Cuddy & Sons, Jenn Grant, Scott Cook with Pamela Mae, Valmy, Garrett Mason, Factory Girls, Jamie Junger and Jacques Surrette, with hosts Jeff Douglas (CBC), Bill Roach (CBC) and Darrin Harvey (Rewind) handling Friday, Saturday and Sunday's festivities, respectively.

The festival will take place across various venues, including the Wolfville Library, the Just Us! Festival Tent located in Wolfville's Clock Park, the Deep Roots stage at the Wolfville Farmers' Market, Paddy's Pub, Devour! Studios and more.

A festival pass ($120 plus fees) includes access to three Main Stage concerts at Festival Theatre, 12 acts over three days, as well as the Saturday song circles and workshops at Festival Theatre and Al Whittle Theatre.

Students and people under 25 can purchase their passes for $75 plus fees. Single-event tickets can be found soon on the Deep Roots website.
