East Coast Music Awards Will Close Out Its 2022 Festival with the SOCAN Songwriter's Circle

The East Coast Music Awards has announced that the 2022 edition of its festival and conference series will close out with the SOCAN Songwriter's Circle, hosted by Nova Scotia's Owen O'Sound Lee and Fredericton's David Myles

Lee and Myles will be joined onstage for two rounds of storytelling and songs by a sterling array of songwriters hailing from Atlantic Canada: Breagh Isabel, Chloé Breault, Dylan Menzie, Joce Reyome, Mo Kenney, Reeny Smith and Rube & Rake

Capping off the ECMA festival on May 8 at 2:30 p.m. AT, the Songwriter's Circle will take place at the Fredericton Playhouse. Tickets for the event are $30 plus fees, and are available now over at the Fredericton Playhouse website

The rest of the ECMA festival, which runs from May 4 to 8 in Frederiction, NB, features more than 40 shows, including an all-ages children showcase and performances at the Delta Hotels Frederiction, the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, the Fredericton Playhouse, and the Hilton. 

A celebration of Atlantic Canada's songwriters and music-makers, the festival features performances from an immense array of Atlantic talent including Aaron MacDonald, Cameron Nickerson, Catherine Little, DeeDee Austin, Justin Fancy, Lennie Gallant, Sluice, the Blooms, Zamani and many, many more.
