Michael Jackson's Son Unveils "Beautiful" and "Incredible" Angel Tattoo of His Father

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Apr 3, 2017

As Michael Jackson's musical legacy continues to endure, the spotlight has been shining on the late singer's children. Paris Jackson recently led the public outcry over a controversial episode of Urban Myths (in which white actor Joseph Fiennes played the pop star), and now her older brother has grabbed headlines of his own.

Twenty-year-old Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. (better known as Prince) has revealed a new tattoo in homage to his late father. He showed off the fresh ink via Instagram over the weekend, revealing an artistic depiction of the King of Pop in his iconic suit and hat — with the addition of a pair of elaborate wings and some twinkling dance magic — on the back of his calf.

The body art apparently took nine hours to complete, and you can see footage from the unveiling of the final result below.

Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, and is survived by three children — Prince, 19-year-old Paris and 15-year-old Prince Michael Jackson II. The late singer's famed Neverland Ranch estate went back up for sale last month.
