Prince's posthumous Piano & a Microphone: 1983 is set to arrive next week, and another track from the release has arrived ahead of time.

The latest is titled "Why the Butterflies," and it's one of three tracks on the album that have never been heard before in any form. The near seven-minute demo finds Prince forming the song's structure as the tape rolls.

Piano & a Microphone: 1983 arrives September 21 via Warner Bros.
