Even though she played several songs from her 1999 album with the Wooden Stars, she didnt play the most appropriate song, the one that begins, "Please turn off your dance music. Competing with the throbbing disco upstairs, cell phones and the comparatively deafening cash register isnt an ideal situation to witness Doirons hushed hymns, yet her voice sounded strong after more than a year of maternal leave and her goofy stage charm carried the show.
