Heavenly Beat "Faithless"

Though John Pena's Heavenly Beat finds him taking a break from his bass duties in nouveau poppers Beach Fossils, the side-project's new tune "Faithless" is just as dreamy, if not more so, than anything his full-time gig has offered up thus far.Anchored by gently strummed, acoustic flamenco guitar and reverberating synth-string blasts, the song also features a lite oontz beat that hovers in the ether like the soundtrack to a cloud-nine pool party.
"Faithless" will be released as the A-side to Heavenly Beat's upcoming seven-inch on Captured Tracks on December 6.
