In an unexpected collision of musical worlds, David Hasselhoff has covered "Head On" by the Jesus and Mary Chain.
The track originally appeared on the 1989 album Automatic, but the Hoff has reworked it for his own upcoming release, Open Your Eyes.
The new rendition features guitar by the Cars' Elliot Easton, following up Hasselhoff's collaborative Open Your Eyes title track with the Stooges' James Williamson.
Open Your Eyes is due out this Friday (September 27).
