Grizzly Bear's expanded version of Shields was apparently just the tip of the iceberg in regards to remixes, as the Brooklyn indie-pop players have once again had their "Will Calls" cast in a new light, this time by electronic experimenter Baths.
Will Wiesenfeld strips the dramatic jangle of the B-side out in favour of glitched-out percussive ticks and wall-bouncing synth sounds, while punching up the tempo tenfold in the chorus with a pounding electro-pop arrangement. The soft and shushed vocals remain pretty well the same, because they're darn near perfect as is.
