Tessica Brown — known to the world as "Gorilla Glue Girl" — is gearing up to release her debut single "Ma Hair," which will, obviously, be about that time she glued her hair down using Gorilla Glue adhesive spray back in February.
TMZ reports that the song will include audio clips from her viral TikToks in addition to new lyrics. The song is arriving this Friday (November 19).
Apparently, Brown reached out to Nicki Minaj to have her feature on "Ma Hair" after Minaj referenced Brown in her 2021 song "Fractions" — "Head game slicker than little miss Gorilla Glue" — but unfortunately, she never heard back.
Brown's manager Gina Rodriguez, told TMZ that "Ma Hair" will not only be Brown's first single, but that it's also the first time she's ever rapped. It comes after Cocoa Brown's viral "Bad idea (Gorilla Glue Girl Remix)," which featured audio pulled from Brown's TikTok account, was taken down after Brown sent a cease and desist.
