The Flatliners

"Broken Men"

Between the start of the "Fat Wrecked for 25 Years" tour and the August 7 release date of the Flatliners' Division of Spoils rarities collection, next week is going to be a big one for the Canadian punk band. Get ready to celebrate a bit early, though, as the act have let loose a stream of one of the set's previously unreleased numbers, "Broken Men."

The track had been recorded during the same sessions as 2013's Dead Language, but for whatever reason didn't make the cut. It's a moot point now, since fans can now sample the sterling slice of modern, moody pop-punk.

Rife with distorted riffs, growled-but-melodic vocals and a Red Bull-charged drive, you can hear it down below, courtesy of Noisey.

As previously reported, Division of Spoils lands next week via Fat Wreck Chords.

The Flatliners join NOFX, Lagwagon, toyGuitar, Swingin' Utters and more on the "Fat Wrecked for 25 Years" tour, which kicks off August 6 in Toronto. You'll find Exclaim!'s exclusive interview with label head Fat Mike over here.
