Globetrotting Ontario-born songwriter Devon Sproule is currently based in Austin. Of course, that city gets pretty steamy during the summer months, so Sproule will seek refuge in (moderately) cooler regions when she comes to Canada for her "Beat the Heat" tour in July.
She'll be stopping in nine cities along the way, with shows that stretch as far east as the Maritimes and as far west as Alberta. She'll be playing with artists like Snailhouse, Mantler and the Inbreds' Mike O'Neill along the way. See the schedule below.
