Demi Lovato has announced that she will perform the American national anthem at the Super Bowl.
She'll sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" on February 2 in Miami.
As previously reported, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will later perform during the halftime show.

The anthem at the Super Bowl will follow a performance at the Grammy Awards on January 26, which will be her first live performance since being hospitalized for a drug overdose in July 2018.
Just a month prior, she had detailed her struggle with addiction on a new song called "Sober."
In the wake of the overdose, Lovato cancelled all scheduled performances.
