In a year where Clipping. delivered both their six-track Wriggle EP and their sci-fi concept album Splendor & Misery, the trio aren't ready to rest on their laurels quite yet. Today (November 18,) the group revealed a lengthy run of tour dates for 2017.
After finishing a trek through Europe this coming December, the group will take some time off before hitting the road once more for some headlining dates in February. March will see them open a number of shows for the Flaming Lips, a bill that is sure to be more wild in person than it looks on paper.
As far as Canadian dates go, Clipping. will headline an evening at Vancouver's Biltmore Cabaret on February 22 and will join the Flaming Lips in Toronto at Rebel on March 13, marking their only two appearances in the Great White North.
Along with the tour announcement, the group hit Conan last night (November 17) and delivered a live rendition of their "Air 'Em Out." You can watch the performance here.
